precisa leva prum luthier, precisa regula ela pra corda 0.10, tava 0.09, dai eu meti 0.10 e fico td levantada a ponte, dai eu dei uma soltada nas cordas, dai sabado vo leva prum luthier, manda regula pra 0.10 essa e trava a ponte da ibanez

a fender tem um braço mt confortavel, e um som com bastante brilho, e acabamento de primeira
a ibanez tem um acabamento bom tb, eu curto, o braço dela eh bem limpo, nem parece q passaram produto, isso dexa o braço ate macio, mas nao xega a ser q nem o da fender, e o som eh mt bom da fender, da ibanez eu gosto, mas limpo nem curto,
vo manda regula ela, faze uma revisao, da uma limpada, dexa ela perfeita pra toca de novo,

Para os amigos:: (assim que achar algo específico da Highway eu coloco aqui, mas já vou até aiantando, realmente a Highway tem parte do processo dela feito no México, ela NÃO É uma Fender americana pura (inclusive os próprios americanos não a aprovaram, as vendas lá não decolaram nada nada).Q. A. The differences between the Fender instruments made in the U.S. and those made in other countries are not so much differences which are specific to the country of origin, but are differences in the features which define the model itself. There are variations in the types of woods, finishing materials, hardware, and pickups, etc. The same type of variations you will find when comparing different models of U.S. made guitars. The easiest way to understand how the different models from each country contrast each other (and those made in the U.S.), would be to refer to either our current Frontline catalog, or the Gear section of our website. Compare the country of origin codes in the part numbers of the guitars.
Each guitar has a part number listed with it, which has a 3-digit prefix that refers to the country of origin. By comparing the features, specifications and the country codes, you'll be able to get a good feel for the general differences of the guitars as they relate to the country of origin. Here is a list of the country code prefixes:
010- U.S. made guitars
110- U.S made guitars with a Floyd Rose
019- U.S. made basses
013- Mexican made guitars and basses
113- Mexican made guitars and basses with a Floyd Rose

Cara, você tá enganado.....ou tá falando sem ter visto os instrumentos......as American Series são realmente melhores (ponte, acabamento).....mas entre as mexicanas e as highway tem uma Avenida Paulista de diferença.

Cara, eu já toquei nas duas e sei que a Highway é diferente. Desde a pegada do braço até a captação. Engraçado que no site da fender diz que ela tem braço em modern C shape. A que eu experimentei era em soft V que acho muito melhor.

Bom, repetindo, pelos specs não tem tanta diferença. Sei que o acabamento da Highway é um pouco melhor e já tem a captação de Alnico, mas pagando 350us$ na mexico, sobra muito dinheiro pra deixar até melhor que a highway.

Ah, outra coisa, não sei se vc testou as fender mex de 2002 para frente. É justamente quando a fender migrou a produção da linha standard para lá e que a qualidade da fábrica mexicana alcançou um padrão de qualidade legal.
Acho que a discussão não deveria ser se a Highway tem coisa que é feita no méxico ou não e sim se é melhor comprar ela ou a Mexicana. Afinal, vc acredita que os mexicanos são incapazes de fazer uma boa guitarra?
O que eu vejo na Highway é a produção mais cuidadosa. O braço dela tem um formato, principalmente nos cantos, diferente das antigas linhas da strato. Ela é mais redonda o que suaviza um pouco a pegada. Pena que não são mais em soft V.
Os captadores da Highway não precisam de troca enquanto as da mexicana são quase obrigatórios para se ter um som de strato já que os cerâmicos ficam irritantemente agudos nela.
Bom, a escolha vai depender de cada um, no meu caso que usaria a strato como segunda guitarra, pegaria a mex e colocaria outro set de pups. Novamente, isso é para mim.
Sua atitude querendo convencer a todos que highway é "INFINITAMENTE" melhor que a mexico é tão ruin quanto a dos que dizem que só a american series é que presta.
Veja bem, por 1000us$ que é menos que vc pagou na sua guitarra, dá pra ir pra miami, ficar alguns dias por lá e trazer uma fender Mexicana. Detalhe, a passagem é dividida em 10 vezes sem juros.
Por isso, sem extremismos.

Não será nenhum vendedor da Teodoro ou muito menos alguém na Pride que vai te dizer isso. Procure algum fórum gringo que provavelmente tu irá obter estas informações. O Schenker já indicou um, inclusive.

Talvez tu não tenho entendido bem o que está sendo comentado por todos aqui. Ninguém está desmereçendo a linha Highway, dizendo que é ruim ou comparando com as mexicanas. O que está se dizendo é que a Fender Highway não é 100% americana. E isto baseado em fatos (os links postados provam isso).

Li muito dos comentarios, mas ainda tenho uma duvida.
A Highway eh a linha mais barata americana, alguem sabe se o top de linha da mexicanas (as 50's, 60's e 70's reissue, que são mais caras que a highway no brasil) não são melhores que a highway???
Depois, o hardware da highway é igual a das mexicanas sim, mas das top de linha(as reissue)
