Como naum entendeu.
O que está com o nome separado por barras por exemplo DELAY\REVERB, significa em qual area estaremos mudando as configurações nesse caso, o delay e o reverb.
Os números que estão com o zero na frente por exemplo 01, 02, 03..., significa o nome do efeito no qual estaremos mudando as configurações.Só que tb não façam corpo mole pois eu estou trabalhando duro para te-los.

Bom Samuel não sei como melhorar mais que isso mas vou por um explicação embaixo.
Vou dar apenas um exemplo porem esclarecerá os outros tb.
A pedaleira é dividida por módulos cada um desses módulas contém subdivisões(que é onde contém as regulagens).
Por exemplo suponhamos que estamos no módulo 01 (COMP\OD\ENV) e na subdivisão 3 (OD BST) dentro dessa subdivisão temos as regulagens por exemplo:
1-GAIN regula o ganho de som vai do 1 até o 4
2-TONE regula a tonalidade vai do 0 até o 10
3-LEVEL regula o volume que vai do 1 até 0 10.
