eu ia dizer que não, mas pensando bem, eu apresentei há uns meses sobre Nozick, que englobou isso tudo.
Mas no seminário eu falei sobre Adam Smith, mão invisível e mão oculta, Estado de Natureza, Estado Mínimo/Ultra mínimo, citei o Contrato Social de Locke. Não lembro de ter falado sobre laissez faire ._.

Rawls believes that such individuals would establish two key principles. First, they would want protection for certain liberties which turn out to be very similar to those enjoyed in a liberal democratic society. However, the enjoyment of such liberties by the majority (if not all) of the people depended on equality of opportunity, but also what Rawls called the 'difference' principle. By this he meant that although economic inequalities would be allowed, they could only be justified if they produced benefits for society as a whole.
Overall, Rawls believed that 'justice' was based upon 'fairness'. However, he insisted that, if there was a clash between liberty and equality, freedom must come first.

Você chegou a ler "A Theory of Justice?"
Eu deveria ter lido, mas as Doutrinas de Direito Civil não me permitem tempo pra mais nada =( Mas o Michael Sandel cita partes dessa obra no livro dele que eu uso pra estudar Filosofia.
Gostei da parte em que o Rawls fala que apenas igualdade de oportunidades, e até mesmo tudo aquilo que propõe uma sociedade meritocrática, não são suficientes para tornar um Estado em igualitário.

Nozick é um viadinho! Rawls é o top do rolê de Harvard, o zika da balada de Boston. Mas o capítulo 2 de "Anarquia, Estado e Utopia" é muito interessante.
