Ae galera se tiver algum webmaster aqui eu gostaria da ajuda de voces! Eu queria fazer site mas soh sei o tradicional mesmo, soh sei usar aqueles frames q ja vem pronto e sao uma merda. Mas eu queria mudar eu quero fazer em tabela manja. Eu vou dar o exemplo, entrem nesse site:

O que eu quero aprender a fazer e:
1 - O site igual a esse
2 - Com uma barra unica no canto direito
3 - Menu duplo (canto direito e esquerdo)
4 - Fazer abrir os links no meio
5 - Com Banner e Roda Pe
Como eu faco o site assim?? Alguem me ajuda por favor!!!!!!!

muito facil, pega um modelo pronto e vai modificando, uma vez eu fiz aassim e fico bom, mas eh chato pq sempre tem um errinho, ate ficar como eu queria eu upei a pagina indez umas 20x
