Wond'ring aloud will a son one day be born
to share in our infancy
in the child's path we've worn.
In the aging seclusion of this earth that our birth did surprise

Portuguesas tiram a roupa para fazer 'mamografia por satélite'
LISBOA - Dezenas de mulheres da localidade de S. Bartolomeu de Messines, em Portugal, tiraram a parte de cima das roupas em quintais, varandas ou janelas e até mesmo na rua para fazer uma 'mamografia por satélite, através de raio laser', segundo o jornal português 'Correio da Manhã'. O jornal explica na reportagem cujo título é 'Mamas ao Léu', que elas foram convencidas por uma mulher que, por telefone, se identificava como ' médica de uma clínica' e elogiava as vantagens da 'nova tecnologia de mamografia por satélite' que estava em fase experimental.
Para que as portuguesas usassem esse novo exame, a suposta médica afirmava, segundo a história contada pelo 'Correio da Manhã', que era preciso apenas que elas se 'colocassem num local visível', de onde o 'satélite as pudesse captar'.Uma das vítimas disse que chegou a ir para o alto de uma colina e tirou a parte de cima das roupas para que a 'médica' conseguisse fazer a mamografia.
'Eu fui para o cimo de uma colina, junto à estrada e, quando passava um carro, escondia-me, para que não pensassem que eu estava maluca por estar ali naquela figura. Uma colega minha foi mandada pôr-se de seios nus, à porta, e outras puseram-se à janela', revelou. Ela mostrou ainda uma folha, contendo desenhos de mulheres com os seios nus, que foi distribuída e afixada em Messines, anunciando a tal 'mamografia por satélite'.

Foi cobrar o aluguel e encontrou o esqueleto do inquilino
Um ano sem receber o aluguel. Um ano em que o inquilino nem mesmo atendia o telefone. O proprietário de um apartamento em Saint-Ettenne (França) resolveu tomar uma atitude e foi cobrar pessoalmente o dinheiro atrasado - ele e um agente judicial, é claro.
Ao chegar ao apartamento, o proprietário descobriu a razão da demora: ele encontrou o esqueleto do inquilino sentado no sofá da sala. Segundo os médicos que examinaram o corpo, a morte, aparentemente por causas naturais, ocorreu há mais de um ano, quando o falecido caloteiro tinha 42 anos.
